Can't access my account bc it keeps asking me to receive a text at an old phone number and gives NO other options. Tried clicking "problems logging in?" and resetting password. They sent me a code to my email address but once I get past that it's back to wanting to send me a text to an old phone number. Tried resolution center but it wants to do the same thing. Tried message center. Same thing. Tried calling their phone helpline (and I can't paste the number here for some reason it gets rejected when I submit) and after going through 5 minutes of menus it said "due to covid we're closed" and hung up on me. Every single attempt to contact them results in them wanting to text me a code to an old phone number and I can't change it. So how am I supposed to fix this?
