One client intentionally sent about 10 money transactions to paypal account to forward to a bank account via withdrawal...After the funds went to the bank account, the client raised a dispute basically saying the transactions were unauthorised by the owner and requests a refund. I have no idea what this means because the funds have came and went. PayPal has made an auto dispute to limit my account and hold it at a negative balance of around -700, this is interrupting my usual operations with paypal and other clients. Its very frustrating and need some human clarity
