I think the title sums it up, I have a case where the seller offered a refund as long as the item was returned which seems to be becoming a regular scam here on PayPal, the case won't let me upload anything but a tracking number but the customer service rep for PayPal told me to sign an affidavit and upload it following the instructions on the email (which says to upload it to the case), I phone again and the next customer service rep said to email it to <removed> but when I did it auto-responded saying I should go through the message system on the website. What should I do? Will someone pick it up on that email address if I wait? Or do I need to send it to another address?
