I was issued a refund from a third party via the paypal gateway. The the original source of payment was paytm. The scenario is such that when the refund was issued, the paytm account was deactivated. So after seeing that I did not get the refund in paytm, I reactivated my account. Now , whom should i request to reinitiate the payment. Steps I have taken: Contacted paytm and they said they haven't got any payment of such and such amount and requested me to reconnect with the issuer (paypal). Contacted paypal and they said to connect with paytm. What shall be my next steps?
