I submitted a dispute regarding an item purchased (from China) that I did not receive. Contact with the merchant both privately beforehand and through the resolution centre stated their case... With " item tracking" giving a delivery date at my address. The problem is that the date they claim the item was delivered was before I had even ordered the item so patently incorrect! I explained this to PayPal in my original claim. Yesterday my response from the resolution centre was "claim denied. Your package has been delivered". It hasn't. Is there anything more I can do?
