Good luck getting any resolution from PayPal. This vendor is obviously in league with PayPal, and they've been scamming lots of folks for months (just look at the number of posts on this thread). Looks like PayPal is no longer a reputable payment processor. We should notify our state and local representatives and recommend that they investigate Chinese ownership of PayPal shares. The catch-22 is that even if PayPal offers to pay $30 shipping you need a legitimate return address in China to get the refund. Earlier posters have said Shenzhen Haizhide gives purchasers bogus return addresses, so returning the item is impossible, and you won't get your refund. Apparently PayPal is completely unwilling to shut down scam artists like this, so we should find other payment services who will support their customers. The PayPal resolution center is automated, and there's no way to get satisfaction. Caveat emptor. ... View more
