Within five minutes of mistakenly placing an order for a cordless vacuum I requested that the order be canceled. The Dysonoutlet responded today that my request to cancel was received too late, yet eBay says a request to cancel should be made within an hour. I think Dysonoutlet is being deceptive. If they didn't receive the request to cancel, it's because they willfully refused to do so. Ebay is absent on this issue entirely. It has been, I'd guess, about five years since I've done business on eBay. If this is allowed to stand, it will be the rest of my life before I do business with them again. So given whatever the relationship is between PayPal and eBay, to whom should I lodge my complaint?
