I have a message on my account stating I am unable to send money at this time please contact PayPal to resolve this issue. I can’t speak to anyone from PayPal . I have been k to my bank and there are no issues with my account . When I go to my PayPal account it asks me to accept the direct debit terms which I have done and it is showing as excepted but I am still unable to send money . Any suggestions ? . It’s ridiculous that you can’t speak up anyone from PayPal . I want to cancel the account and it’s not letting me do this either ...very frustrated with PayPal .
