My daughter had apperantly made a 6$ purchase for CBD oil on my card a month ago. I don't have an alert unless it's over 10$ I get charged 98$ this month, PayPal said they put a hold on it and I'd recieve the refund the 13th. I called the place and cancelled as well. The next day they had processed and completed this payment after I'd cancelled. Now the company refused to refund me unless PayPal conference calls them to say there's no dispute. PayPal is to busy to do so. WHAT DO I DO??????
