I opened a PayPal account a few weeks ago. I sold 3 or 4 items and received the payments through PayPal. When I sold the 4th item the buyer opened a dispute. My account was fully locked down. I had no chance to offer my version of events. I had to upload documents,passport picture etc. I messaged PayPal and tried to articulate just how wrong and unfair this was. They replied by saying I would have to wait until they reached a decision. Finally they found in MY favour. But they also closed my account! When I log in to my PayPal account now I have a message stating that I cannot use PayPal anymore. I cannot transfer or spend my money for 180 days. I am absolutely livid. I have emailed PayPal but have received no response. What can I do?
