Hello! I have a problem with my other PayPal account (business type), I've registered this one (which I'm currently writing you from, personal type) to write a questions at PayPal Community, because I can't even log in into my business PayPal account and can't reset it's password. Recently I received an email from PayPal that my password was disabled because of some security suspicious activity and that I have to reset my password. But I can't do it because reset process asks me to enter sms code and I can't get sms to my phone for some reason. When I registered my business PayPal account (which has login problem now) I setted my local cell phone number. But I don't remember was there some sms code verification. I think that my phone number was in unverificated state. Because I remember that one time I wanted to verify but I couldn't get sms. And after that I switched to another cell phone provider with the same phone number (they call it MNP). But PayPal just worked and I didn't try to get sms from PayPal for verification or for something else (like resetting my PayPal password). I contacted support of my cell phone provider - they checked and told me that there were no sms's from PayPal at their sms center. Also I can receive sms's from other digital services like Facebook or Google. But now I can't even log in into my business PayPal account and can't reset my password. I've created the second one (personal) just for posting an issue here at PayPal Community. Also I tried to call to PayPal USA support phone number and every time I got an information (after passing several steps with robot) that because of overload I can't speak with an agent now. I tried yesterday and before yesterday and I'm going to call once again for sure. Could you please help me with that situation? I can't tell that it's very urgent but anyway.
