I returned my item as instructed by paypal, it was delivered as per my tracking number, guess what! Paypal declined my claim, I phoned and was told to resubmit my evidence that the item had been returned, it was declined again based on lack of evidence. My Royal Mail receipt showed the address, I sent proof off the Royal Mail and Post China website, what more do Paypal want to regind. I have sent a complaint and 3 weeks later still no response, Paypals buyer protection policy is a farce. I am taking it further with citizens advice
