I opened a case with Paypal on October 6. Today I received an email saying that they are denying my case because they "received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered." It has not been delivered. So now I am waiting on a call back from Paypal to escalate the case. As a side note, when doing a Google search for a paypal customer service phone number, the first hit in Google was another obvious scam. When I explained myself they wanted me to download an app or else they would not be able to escalate my case. Every review I read on the app said SCAM. Pretty sad that a company like paypal has all these scams out there with their name associated with it.
