I just opened an account and it has been suspended without explanation. I have no way to resolve it because I won't be able to call to speak to someone and the site keeps circling me around to the Resolution Center and the link stating it has been suspended. "After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal." I am a legitimate business running an advertising agency. How can I resolve this if I can't even speak to someone and have no way to address the issue online?
