I hear you. I have been trying to resolve my issue since 2019. I had a paypal credit account which I paid off and closed. I tried to reapply again back in 2019 and it prompted me to sign in. When I did it said “Congratulations, you already have a paypal credit account. You can start shopping online”. I called paypal credit and she said my account is closed and that I had to contact Paypal customer service so they could remove the wag. I got transferred to them and the girl said she didn’t know what Paypal credit was talking about. She then said hold on a moment and transferred me to an automated message that said “We cannot help you at this time. This auto message happened today 10/05/2020 and I have had similar conversations with them back in 2019 for the same issue. I don’t expect my issue to get resolved.
