This is a copy from the message center that i have been trying to resolve. I have a new account and an old account .I can't access the old account which still has money in it from a few years ago. I do not have the password for the old account.It is only $30.00+or-. But it is my money. I just want it back. My better half just passed away and I was forced to move so things disappeared in the process. I want to just move the balance from the old account to the new one and close the old one. I have spent 4 days on the message center trying to resolve this with no luck and became very confused with all the wrong instructions which didn't work and I tried calling the number I was given but they said no one could help me at this time. So the next alternative I was told to do was to email PayPal. That is what I am doing now on day 3 of this fiasco. I am 80 years old and this is getting very frustrating. Please try to help me.
