Please Help - I simply changed the registered address of my business in Singapore and then needed to submit supporting work papers which I have done - Business Registrations , Letter of Authorisation , Passport details in support and my Account Shows everything as completed but my account is still limited and my business can't accept payments or generate invoices and I have been sending emails to PayPal for 2-3 weeks and no one calls me back to resolve after the say they are looking into it and will get back to me.
This is destroying my Retail Online Business and I simply cannot get thru to PayPal......
