I am having the same issue. I contacted ingo, was on hold for an hour and a half and they never answered. While I was on hold, I was online chatting with a representative from ingo. They were no help, other than to tell me that, "Unfortunately, after reviewing your account, it appears your account has been closed due to a violation of Ingo Money's Terms & Conditions. The account will remain closed at this time." That's it, and "Unfortunately, we are not able..." They would not tell me what it is that I had violated or how I had supposedly put their company at risk. Anyway, they did escalate the issue to have it reviewed a second time, however, I will still not hear from anyone, no be able to speak on my behalf regarding what ever the issue is. Very disappointed with ingo and hopefully Paypal will start using a different money app and I will no longer have to deal with that obnoxious company.
