hi my name is eli <removed> on and off I work with PAYPAL FOR MANY YEARS WAS A BIG ADVOCATE FOR YOUR COMPANY but lately your rules and attitude customer services support and all around services start to to amaze me and not in a good way I tell you my story you will be the <removed> back in may foolishly I purchased from face book advertisement 1 apple air-pod pro “genuine “ that was the advertising now 6 weeks later I get “apple” a bed fake headphones of course and as confident as I am with the protection of papal I text a request to send it back for false advertising fraud by the merchant and Facebook who advertise it well as expected papal was after all trow to his word .send it back we will issue you refund I asked about the charge fee to china that I did not <removed> it from and they say bla bla ok took it purchase a tag from papal and ship it via USPS that was back in june of core after hours on the phone now is the really fun part September 2 I get official email from papal that the package never got to the cheater in china on august 2 it got to shanghai china and its in transport so the give him my money back because there is know proof that he got the fake headphones midst of corona problem with all shipment and its my responsibility to do what exactly go to china and look for it so now I lost my money lost the ship charge and lost the fake headphones thank you papal for your great customer support to cheaters in china .he is enjoying my money now and smiling for great support very unhappy eli <removed>
