We've had an IPN system setup for well over a decade. As of the middle of last year, without any change on our side, Paypal started reporting that IPNs were failing. All the while, we are actually receiving the IPNs except Paypal doesn't seem to be receiving our ACK for whatever reason. I've opened multiple tickets about this and they just tell me to check my code to make sure we are receiving IPNs and my attempts at explaining to them that we are in fact receiving them seem to fall on deaf ears (or blind eyes?). It takes days or weeks to get another response from a separate person who just tells me the same thing. Eventually the ticket is closed and the same thing keeps happening. Every month or so, my IPNs will automatically get disabled and I have to log in and re-enable them once again. I've used the IPN testing tool which says our IPN script is fine and working. I don't know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
