It is sad to learn that Paypals insurance "Buyer protection" isn´t worth anything. So can anyone explain to me if this is legal? I have made a claim for 60$ because the seller sent me an other thing I didnt order, worth 10$. To solve this the seller want me to send back the 10$ item with a shipping cost of 90$. Which of course don´t add up, which seems to be in the sellers fraud or "game plan". After this the web site lovekeys.net close down. Paypal, with no explanation says "you need to respond and send back the item". What in this helps me? Spending another 90$ to (maybe) get back my 68$??? So I should loose another 20$ for the lest, probably wont the seller acknowledge my return shipment and Paypal wont give me my 68$ back and then it will ad up to a total loss of 158$. The seller, JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO, which Paypal know have a lot of complaints, do this scam and Paypal supports this. I was naive to believe in Paypals insurance of my protection and to be a safe way of buying. So to my question is really to PayPal, why do you do this, dont you believe that the best for your business in a long time perspective is customer care before short term winning buy supporting Chinese fraud companies? If this is a accepted behavior of Paypals selling cutomers Paypal probably isn´t a partner for me. @paypal, please respond to this @ other users do you have the same experience?
