Good morning. Practically PayPal never reimburses! However, it feeds the warehouse of a company that has the only purpose of reselling goods with no value, completely broken and not corresponding to the advertised, to increase its profit! Asking to return the goods and reimburse postal charges means that PayPal is complicit in a market made of cheating well known considering the high number of complaints opened against the same company.
