Today Paypal gave me a full refund of 43,75 USD of my claim / dispute against Homekasba. I could not reach them at first in the message center. But I waited for two weeks, in the mean time i contacted them via twitter via @askpaypal. Via @askpaypal they did reply. i explained i opened the wrong disputed the unauthorised transaction. They replied they let a specialist look into the matter. After that i also contacted them via the message center. And they did change my dispute from closed to opened dispute. They changed the reseason for the disputed to order (product) not received. And they contacted the seller (i dont think the seller replied in time). On the end of the time that the seller could have reacted I received back my money.
