I want to share my case because I really don’t want to lose it and current status of it is paypal is reviewing all info. First of all, I sold a pair of shoes called Jordan 3 Fragment to this guy for $720 right after it was released. He accepted and committed to pay that amount right after the shoes came out and I do not offer returns, I am not a store, I do not have that policy and paypal doesn’t require me to. After 3 days of the order placed, the buyer texts me asking me to cancel his order because he found same pair for way less. I told him no because we both took our risks, prices could have also gone up for those shoes and it was my right to not accept a refund. Then he opened a case for item not received. I sent my item and uploaded the tracking number. Then after he got the item back HE CLOSED the case. Now HERE IS THE INTERESTING PART. Pay attention, he had the item in hands. If I sent a different product than the one I described, then he would have opened another case for “item not as described” at first. INSTEAD he opened a case for “did not authorize the transaction”. All I did was sending paypal proof that he authorized it and they closed it on my favor. I thought this was over. One day later, I GET AN EMAIL SAYING HE SAID MY ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. I was like “how can this guy open 3 cases for same item after 2 of them closed”. When it comes to “item not as described” cases I know for a fact that paypal always/most of the time sides with buyers. I recorded a video, sent paypal pictures and I uploaded a link of the video to paypal so they could see that I sent the right item. I don’t know how paypal reviews cases but I SENT CLEAR PROOF, and I am 100% sure that if I lose the case, the buyer will send me a different item.
