I ordered a product online on 15th Sep, and received an email from the seller stating their business was closed until 23rd Sep and all orders would be processed after that date. I could not wait that long, so emailed the seller and texted the seller asking to cancel my order - no response. Once the 23rd had passed I again emailed ands called the 2 phone numbers associated with the seller several times. I have not had a response. Yesterday I messaged the seller on personal and company FB accounts. Nothing. The product arrived yesterday. I don't want it as I ordered from somewhere else in the meantime. There is no Resolution Issue type on PayPal that allows me to raise the specific issue with them for help. I raised an Unauthorised Access issue and used the free text to describe the circumstances but this was rejected and closed straightaway. Any advice on how I can get this addressed by PayPal?
