Please I need help with uploading information for a wrong product delivered to me after several attempts to do so on the Paypal website has been unsuccessful. I have a receipt of postage through Royal Mail but it does not contain the tracking number by my understanding. I have pictures as well and it has been impossible to contact Paypal or get help from Paypal to resolve the issue. Today is the last day that I am required to respond with the information of the wrong product being returned to the seller. It is even a surprise that I am required to bear the cost for the return by PayPal which is due to the negligence of the seller before I can get a full refund from the seller. I can end up being out of pocket for a product that I paid for and did not receive in addition to the postage cost for returning the wrong item delivered to me as I am unable to get the required information across on the Paypal website and the case might be cancelled on all indication once a response is not received by Paypal. All help to resolve the issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
