I've tried for 3 weeks to get help on my account and have been told that it was escalated. NO, attempts have been made to contact me. Asking me my phone number when my phone number is on my account. I guess this is why so many people have go to Stripe of Square. This is the worse customer service I've ever experienced. After 20 years. I'll just not be able to work with a company that has gone to the dump like this one has. I'm shocked. I have no idea what's happening but there isn't sufficient management to handle employees that have inadequate experience to handle a small issue like this. Lisa
