I have two situations where Pay Pal failed to assist and I am out over $200.00 btw the two disputes. One seller (according to Pay Pal) said they shipped and provided a shipping tracking number but no way of saying how it was shipped so how do you check the tracking? I asked for that data but Pay Pal closed the dispute. That one started in freaking MAY!! The other was for clothing that I contacted the seller multiple times trying to return and filed a dispute with Pay Pal I was told that they would settle by refunding only a 1/3 of the money and I could keep the clothing which were not sized for a human and when I said I would settle for a bit more money with no return email from the seller...my dispute closed yet again! How the heck is this fair?
