One of my cutomers has put his payment on hold. He wants a refund for the product because of wrong size. My ad plainly states that the procuct is non refundable. I have been gracious enough to accept his request for refund anyway. He sent product back and when I went to iussue a refund I see that his payment is on hold. I cannot make the refund and he is not entitled to get his shipping costs back. How do I handle this?
