So I tried to buy two Halloween hats from a seller about a month ago thinking they would get here by Halloween. They haven't even been shipped yet so I opened a dispute. The seller only 2 days ago asked me to pick different hats because they no longer have the ones I ordered. So I returned their email and told them I wanted a refund because I probably wont get them now until after Halloween and their response was that I needed to cancel the dispute for them to give me a refund. Is this normal?
