I was sent a pair shoes in the wrong style, color and size than the ones I ordered. Contacted the seller, got no response so I escalated the case. Paypal has moved the expected resolution date 5 times, over a month past the initial estimate. Is this normal? Seems like a pretty cut and dry case of wrong item, issue me a replacement or a refund? Why is Paypal doing this? What happened to my customer protection?
