This is a Business account with transactions in the U.S. only. Someone tried to send $$ to my account but they keep getting an error message: Sorry, this recipient can't accept payments right now. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service. She has attempted to contact "Customer Service" with no results (it appears there is no one there!). She has attempted to used the online "Message" system and is still waiting (a day later) for a response. Logging into my Business account I do NOT see anything in the Resolution Center which is where I am directed to go to resolve any issues with my account. There are NO issues listed anywhere. I have no messages listed. I have tried to use the "Message" system, too, any I have gotten no where! So does anyone have a suggestion?
