Hello! I am a new reseller and have recently had my account frozen due to "unusual activity," which is fine However after sending out invoices which have been paid, I am now at risk in losing the money because my account is somehow unverified (even though I provided my ID, bill of sales for items I've purchased, among other things. I have two different bank accounts and cannot link either of them. When I try to claim my payments, it sends me to a page that asks me to Verify my Identity again, but and has only two options "Link Bank Account" and "Apply for Paypal Credit". After many failed attempts at linking either of my bank accounts, I've opted to apply for Paypal Credit, in which case I was also denied, so now there's only one button left that asks me to Link a Bank Account. I was told by multiple guys on PayPal messaging to wait 48 hours for some computer refreshing, and I've done this 3x now. I was promised a phone call from PayPal messaging representatives, but having received anything but an email that states I need to claim my funds or they will be returned to sender. Is there any email I can contact PayPal directly? Or any other advice to help? I have poured all my life savings into this business venture and now seems I'm at risk of losing everything.
