Hey thanks for the reply, much appreciated. In regards to my issue. I have a message on my account which reads "To comply with regulatory requirements, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner". This requires you to do two things. No.1 confirm my identity, which I have already done successfully. No.2 confirm my address, and herein lies the problem. I created my Paypal account when I was working out in Dubai, so PayPal thinks I am in Dubai. When I send in proof of address here in the UK, which is where I live now, the system does not accept my proof of address. Due to this I am totally locked out, I cannot use the funds I have in my account, or withdraw them. This si why I am trying to get get direct help, but with no success so far.
