On August 19, 2020, I issued a refund to someone who purchased something from me on ebay. As soon as the refund was sent, I got a notification that my account is permanently limited and I can no longer use Paypal. I've called multiple times. I've emailed aup. I've literally done everything that they told me to in order to see what the cause was and resolve it. I've received nothing back. I have no issues in the resolution center, opened or closed. NOTHING. I have no clue what to do. I have been using Paypal for many years, buying and selling online, and never had any issues. Nobody has contacted me to request any documents. All of the customer service reps that I have spoken to say they cannot tell me what happened because they don't have access to it. One even told me that if I want to dispute it, I would have to hire an attorney. WHAT??? Over $200 is being held for 180 days. What can I do to at least find out exactly what happened and hopefully get it resolved? I've read all policies and I haven't violated anything. HELP!
