I submitted all the claim requests within the time frame designated, and even return shipped the item (a cheap plastic case that turns your mobile phone into a controller somehow?) at a much high cost than the item itself was worth (it clearly had a cost label printed on the tiny mailer). I provided the tracking number and multiple pictures of the item, before opening and after opening, and in the return shipment. But Paypal says I never provided proof of return shipment and denied my claim? Seriously? What will it take for Paypal to flag the site and account? Is the fraudulent sellers relative working in the claims department at Paypal?
