I have followed the directions that PayPal emailed me on how to do this, but when I go to that page (Resolution Center) and click on the item to file the problem with, there is nothing there to lead me to the next step, which is: "Report a problem." Where in the hell is this prompt? I have never had such a hard time dealing with Paypal as I have lately. I tried to message them and got "unable to message at this time" and when I call Paypal, either I have to go through several prompts (which get me nowhere) or I have to wait 2-3 hours to talk to a customer service rep. Oh. My. God. Am I the only one having these issues?
