Hello all, I filed a dispute case about receiving an item that was not as delivered from a company in China (it was supposed to be a nintendo switch console, but a phone case arrived) and when I shipped the item back for my refund, there was a mistake made in customs at the post office I went to and they gave me a new tracking number. I need to change the new tracking number on my dispute case. But how do I go about doing that?
