Hi, i recently purchased a pair of garden lounger type chairs from an advert using paypal. After it didnt arrive for 2 months and the seller ignored by emails - i opened a claim. Then the buyer answered the case with a tracking number. About 3 weeks later a very small parcel turned up with the same tracking number (i provided photos and have kept it all) inside the parcel was a cheap metal jewellery ring. So i changed my case with paypal from "item not received" to item "not as described" The seller then i offered a 50% refund which i refused as i had not ordered the item and i wanted my money back. Paypal have moved the expected completion date several times since it was opened in july. Today i receive an email off them refusing my claim as"the item is not materially different" so i ask you all how do i appeal against this as it is obviously ridiculous to say a cheap ring is materially the same as 2 garden chairs?? thanjs
