Hello I tried to buy some clothing on a website, the website didn’t seem to respond, i.e the website didn’t reload the page to say thanks for your order, so I pressed pay button two more times. I’ve been charged three times for the same order. The seller has refunded me for the first one as that’s the only payment that generated an order number. I opened up two cases for the other two payments on the 2nd November, I was told i couldn’t escalate it to a claim until after the 9th November at 8pm, this deadline as passed and the PayPal website is not giving me the option to escalate either case to a claim. Please help.
