Hi, I have a personal shop on ebay since 15 years.. and always working with paypal to buy and sell stuffs. 3 months ago I sold a product (To Portugal) and shipped the package same day. the package never arrived to the destination, the buyer opened a case and what paypal did ? just refund the amount from my account to the buyer. I sent to them all proofs, I explained what happened. I have the proof of delivery, tracking number etc.. etc.. and clearly we can see on the tracking that the package is abroad.. Paypal Phone service DOWN ! Paypal contact form Semi-Down Next time I will prefer IBAN instead of paypal... very very dangerous as a service... you pay high commissions but when you need their help, they are not there..
