I have two fraudulent charges against my debit card. they're about a month apart. I tried to file a claim through your website and was told I cannot challenge this charge. I try to navigate through your website for an hour to no avail. and then called your phone number and into tolerate your terrible customer service outgoing messages. after an eternity, I was basically told to start over through the website. now, all of a sudden, I can't even access my account. I need to speak to a human being.
