I raised a dispute via the PayPal resolution center. Making the story short, the seller only fulfilled 30% of the order. When I asked for either a partial refund keeping the product or full refund returning the product they insisting in myself incurring the shipping costs. After raising the case to Paypal they told me I had to ship back the product at my own expense which is very unfair as the seller was in breach not myself . Certainly, I don't agree with this decision because if the seller has failed to fulfil the order then they have to responsible for refunding missing products or they have to paid for returning back the merchandise. This is the second time, seller are taking advantage of this loop in Paypal where buyers are responsible to paid for the expenses of returning faulty or missing products . The return to China is so expensive most of the people will not proceed with shipping back the products then dropping the case Shame on Paypal for allowing this practise happening under their own noses. I am very disappointed with Paypal and will definitely move to another vendor like Amazon, Wish or Aliexpress. No sense to keep loosing money away to scammers or trying to raise cases with the 'Paypal buyer protection programme' Enough is enough
