Hi Everyone! I accepted an e-check payment to my PayPal account. It has been in a "pending" status ever since which is over 21 days. The sender has confirmed that the money has been taken out of their bank account. Customer Service is unavailable to me. They just say, "contact the sender" in an automated help conversation. I can't even cancel or refund the payment back to the sender. We both will be deleting our accounts once this is resolved but am wondering if anyone has any advice about what to do!
