Maybe its because you are unhelpful in this thread. I am not stupid. The link looked completely legitimate and was a common item. There was no obvious indications of a scam. It looked like a legitimate business website. The fact that there is ZERO recourse to get help from PayPal is the issue I am posting about. I didn't need advice on scams or warnings about ordering things online. Telling me to not order online is probbaly not the advice PayPal wants you giving. That was unhelpful and not the content of the thread. I order things online daily for work and personal. I'm well aware of scams. This was a very targeted and professional operation. Right down to them knowing what information to forget to include in the return address. So acting as if I could have avoided this by following your simple tips is insulting. I wanted help with PayPal not doing anything to assist with this and letting obvious scammers keep my money. How to get ahold of someone to get a real person to review my case. Or how to appeal. I'm sure others appreciate your efforts. Your tips were fine but wholly misplaced. I certainly did not intend to insult your volunteer status only your "advice," to my particular case but if my snippy comment about you working for PayPal is tossed out so much that you are immune to it maybe there is something to that. Have a great day.
