I've been trying to change the address of our PayPal business account. Those fields are protected, will not allow update. The organization was originally registered to an individual's address, who has since moved on and no longer associated with the business, and we now have a physical location with its own mailing address. I cannot find a way to change the address, or even to contact PayPal customer support ... all links land in help screens, messaging (which is deactivated for the time being??).
