I emailed to let them know. Surprisingly, they're very responsive. I bought a travel bag, I received a pair of glasses 🤦🏻 They offered: - to send me the bag (they'll pay for shipping -- how generous) OR - refund me 60 % of what I paid I said, "it's your fault and I want a full refund. I have been waiting for this bag stove since June and this is what arrives. You need to give all my money back." They just wrote back that they will refund the full amount in the next 3 days. We'll see.
