I'm trying to escalate a disputed charge/scam through PayPal with no means to appeal. Whenever I enter my issue with PayPal, the site/Resolution Center automatically closes the complaint without ever reviewing the merits of the claim. I never received the item I paid for. Paypal ruled against me because of a delivery confirmation from UPS. However, the item was never delivered to address it was supposed to go to. I contacted UPS, they could not tell me what was shipped/delivered or where in Hackettstown it was delivered to...but UPS did say that it was not delivered to the address I requested. Paypal closed the dispute having been scammed by the seller as well with a deceptive delivery confirmation. I have still not received the item I paid for and want paypal to reverse the charges.
