During the month I was on leave from work for COVID testing so I became very, very lax on checking my bank account regularly or even spending money. I went to make a purchase online and my card was declined so of course I'm going to check my account. Its overdrawn by over $3000 dollars of Google Play charges through Paypal. I do not have my Paypal linked to my google play because I have a 5 and 6 year old in my life who press buttons. My bank determined my account could not be saved, filed fraud charges with the bank as well as Paypal, and closed my account. Paypal sent me over 200 emails confirming every charge the bank determined as fraudulent. About 2 weeks ago I begam receiving emails from Paypal about them trying to charge my bank for charges that wre fraudulent. After 3 attempts my Paypal balance became negative because Paypal couldn't get the charges through. I went to attempt to dispute the charges but all attempts say all charges have been disputed and resolved. If they are resolved, why does Paypal insist I owe them almost 60$? I'm getting no where with support and don't know where to go from here.
