Hi guys, There has been an unauthorized transaction from my account. I opened a dispute from the resolution center but it was closed in a few hours with the below message, "Thank you for reporting this case. After reviewing your case, we found that this transaction was not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. " Is there any way, I can escalate the issue? I tried calling Paypal but it says that customer support agents are unavailable as its a weekend. Any help on how to go ahead would be greatly appreciated.
